DESCRIPTION:
The ‘ETI-1X’ is a versatile general purpose, full opening, retrievable packer that utilizes a mechanical locking system which allows the packer to hold pressure from above and below. After setting, the packer can be left with tubing in tension, compression or neutral.
APPLICATIONS:
The ‘ETI-1X is used for production, injection, zone isolation, or remedial operations. Since the 'ETI-1X' can be set by slacking off or pulling on tubing, it is ideal for shallow or deep wells.
FEATURES:
- Bypass valve is located below upper slips so the debris is washed
from slips when valve is opened.
- Bypass valve opens before hold down is released.
- Can be set with tension for use in shallow wells.
- No tension or compression required to hold the tool in place after
set.
- Right-hand set, right-hand release.
- Safety release.
- Equivalent to and parts interchangeable with Arrow Product Number 603.
